BEACON is a multi-tiered plan to create significant infrastructure support that includes:

• presenting performances (such as the annual performance series presented in collaboration with The Palladium)
• subsidizing studio space for artists to work and rehearse  
• offering professional classes and workshops at Mirror Lake Studios
• seeding opportunities for exchange with artists who work in other geographic contexts and disciplines
