Prelude to Light
Choreography: Madison Pineda Bender in collaboration with Wilson de los Santos and Vashti Walters
Performers: Wilson de los Santos, Vashti Walters
Music: Live Cello Performed by David Bender | Cello Suite No. 5 in C Minor, BWV 1011 by Johan Sebastian Bach
Prelude to Light explores the journey through adversity and the necessity of one another within it. The support that steadies us, the courage to stand side by side — these become the conditions for growth. This duet asks how shared strength becomes momentum, and how we only move toward light together.
